Katalox light is a combination of the naturally mined Zeosorb that received a coating with 10% MnO2. The result is an excellent catalyst and a very light weight filtration media with a high filtration surface offering an excellent filter fineness up to 3 micron. Beside sediment filtration and removal of turbidity, It can be used for many purposes, the most important ones being the treatment of iron, manganese, hydrogen sulfide and arsenic.
