In the past years, our softener range benefitted from the advancement of the valve manufacturers including meter demand control, down to up flow proportional regeneration to save water and salt. These evolutions have caused a breakthrough in delivering high efficient softeners, but also led to softeners being more sensitive to the changes influencing the hardness capacity and/or regeneration efficiency.

To monitor water hardness and prevent hardness leakage, we are launching a new competitive range of online analysers. Consider the Sycon as the guardian angels of your water softeners.

How does it work?

Sycon devices apply by a colourimetric test method. Following the introduction of a reagent inside water sample, a colour reaction occurs. Depending on the method, the unit either evaluates the colour intensity or ascertains the value at which the colour changes.

Maintenance

The Sycon units have a guarantee warranty of 24 months. In case of malfunction or maintenance, your product can be shipped back to the manufacturer to be inspected. If necessary, we will replace defective parts or upgrade electronics.

Certifications

The manufacturing facility is certified ISO 9001 : 2008 by TÜV Nord.

Both models are compliant with low voltage directive (2014/35/EU) and EMC directive (EN 6100 3-2/3-3/61326-1).
